Starting from the Human Resources Division at PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA), which was the first Industrial Estate to go public on the stock exchange in 1994, and is currently the largest industrial area in Indonesia with a total of 1,650 tenants in it, companies from 30 countries have 1,200.000 workers including 4,000 Expatriates.
